Yes. Every version is free, including your full report by email.

Lite has 15 questions and takes about 4 minutes. Medium has 25 questions and takes about 7 minutes. Full has 58 questions and takes about 16 minutes. Most people start with Lite. If you continue to a longer version later, your answers carry over.

Anyone who helps lead an organization, from the owner of a 10-person business to an executive at a global enterprise. The questions are the same for everyone, and your report adjusts its recommendations to your company size and role.

Each answer scores from 0 to 100. Each area score is the average of its questions, and your overall score is the average of the six areas. See the methodology for details.

It places you on two axes: Foundations (policy, approved tools and usable data) and Adoption (leadership, skills and real use cases). Where you land shows whether to strengthen your foundations, expand adoption, or both.

It shows where organizations like yours typically land. For now it is a kovac.ai estimate based on our research and client work. As more organizations in your industry complete the assessment, it switches to real averages.

Yes. Your progress saves on your device as you go. You can also choose Save and finish later, and we will email you a link to pick up where you left off on any device for 30 days.

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from reports@kovac.ai. You can resend it from your results page, or select the person icon at the top of the page and sign in with your email to see your results.

Only kovac.ai. We never sell your information. To write your analysis, we send your answers and organization details to an AI model without your name or email. See our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Each person can take it with their own email and get their own report. If you would like to compare results across your leadership team, contact us.

Yes. If you use the same email, your report shows how each area has changed since last time. We also send a reminder after 6 months.

Select the person icon at the top of any page and enter your email. We will send a sign-in link where you can see your results, update your details, manage emails and delete your information.

No. Your results are general guidance based on your answers. Review any policy or template with your own advisers.
