This policy explains how Kovac Digital LLC, doing business as kovac.ai ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the AI Readiness Assessment at assessment.kovac.ai.
What we collect
- Your full name, work email, and company, which you enter to receive your report.
- Your industry and company size, if you choose to share them.
- Your answers to the assessment questions and the scores calculated from them.
- Anonymous usage events, such as which version you started and how far you got. These use a random ID stored in your browser and do not include your name or email until you submit the form.
Why we use it
- To email you your report.
- To prepare a personalized analysis of your results.
- To follow up with you about your results. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To build aggregate, anonymous benchmarks. These never identify you or your company.
We do not sell your information.
AI processing
To write your personalized analysis, we send your answers, scores, industry, and company size to an AI model through our hosting provider's AI service. We do not send your name or email address for this. The analysis is stored with your results.
Service providers
- Lovable and Lovable Cloud host the website and store your information.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Your answers are processed by an AI model through Lovable's AI service to create your analysis.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission for as long as it is useful for following up on your results, or until you ask us to delete it. Anonymous usage events may be kept longer because they do not identify you.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing chris@kovac.ai. We will delete your submissions, notes, and linked usage events and confirm when it is done.
