Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a report from Kovac Digital LLC, doing business as kovac.ai, 4741 Central St., Ste. 1800, Kansas City, MO 64112.

What you buy

A digital report based on your answers to the AI Readiness Assessment. Each report is a separate, one-time purchase at the price shown before checkout. There is no subscription.

Delivery

After Stripe confirms your payment, we email you a private link to your report and a PDF copy. You can also ask for the link again with Resend my report. Premium is built on the Full assessment; if you bought it after a shorter version, it is ready once you finish Full.

Refunds

You can get a full refund on request within 7 days of purchase. Use the contact form with the email address you used to buy. Request a refund through the contact form.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars.

Advice

Reports are general guidance based on your answers, not legal, financial or compliance advice. Review templates with your own advisers before you adopt them.
